Cambodia has a remarkable 8 species of cats: Tiger, Leopard, Clouded
leopard, Marbled cat, Golden cat, Leopard cat, Jungle cat, and Fishing cat.
What is even more remarkable is that all these species might co-occur in one
protected area. This would be the richest site for cat conservation
unmatched anywhere on Earth.
