..Suriname

Why is Suriname important to cat conservation?

Suriname has five species of cats: Jaguar,
Puma, Ocelot, Margay, Tigrina, and Jaguarundi.
Though these species are widespread, habitats
in Suriname are important.  Suriname has large
forests and less than 1M people.
